Liz is a truly professional real estate agent. I met her in an open house and she served as a seller agent. We chatted for a bit and her knowledge about Ventura estate is more than comprehensive.

I was thinking about getting a place so I asked her if she can be a buyer’s agent and she gladly agreed. She’s very responsive and always on her emails. I appreciate her unbiased opinions. It was a hassle free buying experience and we nailed a contract a few weeks later and closed the house a month after.

Every now and then I still ask her some plumbing and repair questions and she is still very responsive and help as much as she can. That’s always a good sign of being a true professional and a trustworthy person.

I might get another place for investment in Ventura and I will still use Liz as my agent. And I hope Zillow users in Ventura will benefit from her service as well! (less)
